From our own warehouse in Warsaw. We physically have all the stock on hand, so there is no shipping from Asia, no pre-orders and no waiting a month for a parcel. Orders placed on a business day by 13:00 are packed and shipped the same day.

The DPD courier usually delivers the parcel within 1-2 business days of shipping. You get the tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse.

No. We run the store only online, and there is no pickup point at our registered office address. We ship everything by courier.

As standard, we ship within Poland. If you need a shipment outside Poland, write to kontakt@rawinput.pl. We will quote the shipping individually.

Yes. In the order form, check “I need an invoice” and enter your NIP (tax ID). We issue the invoice automatically and send it by email. We are an active VAT payer, so you can deduct the purchase as usual.

Yes. rawinput.pl is on the list of authorized Artisan partners and imports stock directly from Japan. This matters, because Artisan mousepads are among the more frequently counterfeited products in this industry, and fakes can look decent in a photo and fall apart after two weeks.

There is one surest way: buy from an authorized retailer. Artisan keeps a list of official partners, and it is worth checking the store on it before you pay. The biggest red flag is a price clearly below the market price, especially on auction sites and in stores shipping from Asia. If you have doubts about a unit bought elsewhere, send photos to kontakt@rawinput.pl, and we will tell you honestly what we think.

Every product comes with a 2-year statutory warranty, and electronic gear additionally has a manufacturer's warranty. We handle complaints ourselves, without sending you to a foreign service center. We describe the details on the Returns and complaints page.

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The item should come back complete and without signs of heavy use. You send the request to kontakt@rawinput.pl, and we refund the money the same way the payment came in.

It is the same surface in three different feels. MID is the hardest and fastest, the mouse glides evenly on it. SOFT is the happy medium and the safest choice to start with. XSOFT sinks in the deepest and gives the most stopping power, at the cost of slower movement. If you don't have established preferences, go with SOFT.

Size XL (about 49 x 42 cm) is the esports standard and the choice of the vast majority of players. Check whether a pad that size will fit on your desk next to the keyboard. With low DPI and wide arm movements, it is worth considering XXL.

There is one rule: never glass on glass. For glass mousepads, use PTFE mouse skates, for example Corepad or Tiger Ice. Glass on glass squeaks, scratches the surface and shortens the life of both.

Yes, but carefully and only when it is really necessary. Wash by hand in lukewarm water with a few drops of enzyme laundry detergent, without scrubbing and without soaking for hours. Rinse until the foam is gone and dry flat, in the shade, away from radiators. A washing machine and spinning destroy the weave and the Poron base, and after such a wash the mousepad does not return to its original character. With daily gaming, it is measured in years, not months. The weave wears fastest where your wrist rests, so the cleanliness of your hands and desk has the biggest impact on its lifespan.

Leave your email address on the sold-out product's page, and we will write to you on the day the item is back in stock. We import Artisan in batches straight from Japan, so the next delivery sometimes takes a few weeks. We don't sign anyone up for mailing lists along the way.
